Individual Therapy
If you want to heal from trauma and unprocessed memories, or find tools to cope with grief, anxiety, or depression, I would like to partner with you on your journey.
I utilize evidence-based techniques, including EMDR, DBT, CBT, and Flash to help clients improve self-care, find balance, develop skills, challenge negative thoughts, and process memories.

Intensive EMDR Therapy
Intensive EMDR therapy is offered for working on trauma and upsetting memories. Instead of your standard 50-55 minute session per week approach, we will spend several hours together in one day, multiple times in a week (typically 3 days). During our time together, we will utilize EMDR and other evidence-based methods to facilitate healing and recovery from traumatic experiences.

During these intensive sessions you are provided a concentrated dose of therapeutic interventions, condensing months of traditional therapy into a matter of days or weeks. This approach can be particularly beneficial for those who feel stuck in their healing journey or need a significant breakthrough to move forward.
