Individual Therapy
Providing Evidence-Based Therapeutic Modalities
Not everyone wants an immersive intensive.

Some people need steady, consistent support while untangling patterns that have developed over years.

Weekly or bi-weekly therapy provides space to understand what shaped you — and how it continues to influence your present life.

You May Notice:
• Anxiety that feels disproportionate to the situation
• Emotional reactions you can’t fully explain
• Conflict in relationships that follows familiar patterns
• A tendency to over-function, shut down, or numb
• Coping habits that once helped but now create problems
• Feeling “stuck” despite insight

Many of these patterns are rooted in early experiences that shaped how your nervous system learned to respond.

What We Do in Weekly/Bi-weekly Therapy
In our work together, we:
• Identify the underlying experiences driving current symptoms
• Reduce emotional reactivity and overwhelm
• Strengthen regulation and stability
• Process unresolved memories using trauma-focused methods
• Build practical tools for daily life

This is not surface-level coping work.
The goal is resolution — not endless analysis.

Pace and Structure
Weekly/Bi-weekly therapy offers:
• Consistent support
• Measured progress
• Time for integration between sessions
• Flexibility for life’s demands

Some clients begin with weekly/bi-weekly therapy and later choose an intensive once they feel ready. Others prefer a steady pace throughout treatment. Both paths are valid.

Weekly/bi-weekly sessions may be right if:
• You prefer gradual work
• You feel unsure about an intensive format
• You want ongoing support
• You are navigating active life stressors
• You are building stability before deeper trauma processing
