EMDR Therapy That Goes Beyond the Traditional Hour
Specialized EMDR intensives for trauma, grief, and
experiences that continue to keep you stuck.
Sometimes you need more than 55 minutes at a time.
EMDR intensives provide dedicated, extended time to focus
on what you're ready to work through—without having to stop
just because the hour is over.

Services
My work focuses on helping adults process experiences that continue to affect them in the present. EMDR treatment may focus on trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, or experiences related to addiction and recovery.
For clients in recovery, EMDR can complement existing addiction treatment by addressing underlying trauma, triggers, urges, and other experiences that may interfere with continued recovery.
Treatment is available through focused EMDR intensives or traditional 55-minute individual therapy, depending on your needs and goals.
EMDR Intensives
Extended therapy sessions provide dedicated time for focused therapeutic work without being limited by the traditional 55-minute therapy hour.
This format allows us to maintain continuity, work with connected experiences, and build in time for preparation, processing and integration.
Intensives may focus on trauma, grief, or other specific therapeutic goals and are individually designed around your needs.
Intensives may be right for you if:
• You've done therapy before but still feel stuck
• You want concentrated time to address a particular issue
• Your schedule makes weekly therapy difficult
• You want to work with several connected experiences
• You're traveling to the Black Hills for treatment
• You prefer focused, structured therapeutic work
Traditional Individual Therapy
I also offer traditional 55-minute therapy sessions for adults who prefer ongoing support and a steady pace over time.
Treatment is individualized and may incorporate EMDR and other evidence-based approaches for trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, emotional regulation, relationship concerns and other life experiences.
Traditional therapy may also be billed to insurance when I am an in-network provider with your plan.
Some clients remain in traditional therapy throughout treatment, while others later choose an EMDR intensive for a particular issue.
